Random Top Tip

Did you know that the brain reacts differently to different colours in food?

Foods come in various colours, some are good colours and some are bad. For example, green meat is bad meat. We like organise to be bright orange. In some parts of the world, carrots are not orange, they are off-white. People accustomed to eating orange carrots often turn away from their pale counterparts.

Imagine being offered eggs that were red in colour. It wouldn't seem right.

So the trick here is to change the colour of your plate. Here's the weird fact: people eat less from blue plates than from white plates.

Blue plates will change eating behaviours.
