These are dried, not fried, come in a variety of different flavours because of the different variety of vegetables that are sliced and dried, and despite reservations, they are really rather nice.
Carrots, beetroot, parsnips and other vegetables are dried, and some come with added vitamins and minerals and spices etc.
And the great part of this? Really low carbs and practically fat-free.
